I uninstalled update KB which prevented Realplayer from playing videos, and then the player worked well. But Windows 10 auto reinstalled this file. I did it twice, it is a very lengthy procedure, it takes 25 minutes of spinning wheels. There is no way to stop auto reinstall. Windows 10 does not allow this.
