I am very confused with all the bad info that keeps coming up when I Google migrate from SBS to Server R2 I keep getting information about migrating to Essentials and select Migration Mode but there is no Migration mode, I have not got a key for Essentials R2 only Standard, so I have tried an evaluation version, same ISO different code, I saw that we can convert to the licenced version of standard using Powershell after have tested this and it works the problem is, I can not find migration mode anywhere.
